When Heidi was 2 months old her parents opened Steve's Auto Sales. Around the age of 13 she started washing cars, soon helping with bookwork and answering the phone. It wasn't until she sold her 1st car her love for the business began! Selling cars while she gave birth to her 4 children gave her the flexibility to work part time while they were young. Leaving the car business for several years to explorer other businesses, her heart always stayed with her love for cars and people! When her son Brady approached her with the idea of buying out Steve she jumped at the chance. Heidi stays active in all aspects of the business while she enjoys watching her boys grow the business her dad worked so hard to build.
When not at work she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, friends and boyfriend and spoiling her grandchildren! Some days 4 generations can be found at Steve's Auto Sales together!

The youngest of Heidi's 4 children, Brady spent a year at Steve's Auto Sales while the other kids started school. Most days were spent playing "Car lot" behind his mama's desk, matchbox cars lined up in rows, evidently practicing for his adult life. By the age of 16 between playing sports Brady worked for his grandpa cleaning up cars, picking up parts and loading endless loads of old tires. During Covid when most car buying began to happen online Bradys interest peaked and him helping Grandpa with the computer became something he loved. He approached his mom with the idea of taking over and while he prefers to be the "behind the scenes" guy he holds truly the most important job which is finding quality used cars his Mom and brother can feel good about selling!
Brady is newly married, and he and his wife Ashlynn enjoy spending time with their 2 dogs, working out, ALL sports and traveling as much as possible!

After a couple years playing college football Cole Ernst joined the family business in early 2021. Coming naturally with his "gift to gab" Cole became the top salesman at Steve's. Often times he has several customers at once and never loses his cool! Within the last few years Cole has added Financing manager to his title. Buying a car from Cole means he will work with you from start to finish, even giving it a wash before you pick it up. Good credit or bad, Cole works hard to get his customers the best deals he can find. In his spare time Cole loves ANYTHING sports related, traveling and spending time with friends and his nephews.
Mike joined Steve's staff in 1996 as the body shop manager bringing with him years of experience. Truly one of the best in the business Mike specializes in insurance work and can handle any accident from the moment of impact until the job is done. Let Mike handle the stress of unfortunate accidents for you!
In Mikes free time he enjoys golf and pickleball playing both several times a week.
Lloyd Claussen has worked for Steve since he was a teenager. Handling all things service related, Lloyd checks out all the cars sold at Steve's and makes sure they are "ready to roll" to your home! Occasionally, when the rest of us are gone Lloyd shows cars as well.
In his free time Lloyd is a true "Mr McCausland" serving on the city council, organizing the towns blood drives and is very active in his church.

We are thrilled to have Steve still helping us 4 days a week. Our number one "go to guy" who still gives advice and is a huge help with our mechanical needs.
In his free time, he and his wife Michele (of 56 years) love to travel, take drives and spend time with their ever-growing family! Our families Patriarch enjoys mentoring his daughter and grandsons and watching the business grow. Stop in and say Hi, he would love to see you!
